Ask for the outcome you need
Begin with the matter and the decision. "What changed in the delivery date for the Oak Street job?" is easier to evaluate than "Tell me everything about deliveries." Add the date or customer name if that distinguishes the work from similar records.
Say whether you need an explanation, a draft, a calculation, or a proposed action. If the answer relies on information you have not supplied or made available, ask what is missing instead of asking the assistant to fill the gap.
- Name the customer, job, or issue.
- State the question and the type of result you need.
- Review the sources, figures, and missing information.
- Ask a follow-up or review a proposed next action.
An example: a supplier changes a delivery
Imagine an owner asks why a supplier delivery is late. The available material includes an original delivery date and a later message offering a new date, but no customer confirmation. A useful response separates the two dates and identifies the missing confirmation.
The owner can then ask for a draft question to the customer or open the relevant record to check the details. This is an illustrative workflow; the materials, access, and actions available in a real setup need to be confirmed.
Keep the conversation connected to the record
A conversation can explain the situation, but the original message, file, or calendar entry remains important. Look at the source when the decision depends on exact wording, a current date, or an approved version.
If a change needs to be made, distinguish a suggestion from the actual change. Check the proposed action, make the decision, and verify the resulting status in the relevant destination.
How the Areinum assistant fits
The pre-production demo has a general assistant for an owner and uses fictional company data. The assistant uses the available graph and tools to answer questions or prepare work within the conversation.
Ask which specialist workflows and coordination options are available for the work you want to try.
Questions you may have
Do I have to choose an agent before every question?
The general assistant is the starting point in the demo. Describe the work and ask which specialist workflows and routing options are available for it.
Can I still use files, a calendar, or other work areas?
Yes. The demo includes several work areas alongside chat, so you can use the relevant view for the task.
What if the assistant cannot find a detail?
Ask which information was available, then look for the missing detail in another relevant record. Resolve the gap before relying on the answer.
Does asking for an action mean it has happened?
Review the proposed action and any required approval, then check the result in the destination. A draft or approval is a step toward the change.
The demo uses sample business data and is in English. Access may need to be arranged.
