Start with the job you need to move

You do not need to turn your question into a technical instruction. Say which customer, job, date, or document you mean, and what you need back. If the name is common or the date matters, include it so the assistant has a useful starting point.

A good request also states the decision in front of you. Asking what changed in a job is different from asking someone to update a calendar. The first calls for an explanation; the second may lead to a proposed action that needs your review.

  1. Name the customer, job, or issue.
  2. Say what you are trying to decide or prepare.
  3. Ask for the relevant information and any gaps.
  4. Review the result before you act on it.

From available information to a useful result

The demo assistant can query the information available in its fictional company and identify sources behind an answer. It can also use business tools to prepare work. The result depends on the information available for the request, so ask a follow-up when a name, date, or figure needs clarification.

In the demo, an action with an external effect is presented for your approval. A proposed calendar entry and an event that has actually been created are different stages; check the outcome after approval.

An example: a salon owner's day

A fictional salon owner asks, "Which appointments today still need a response from me?" The available records include one request to change a time and another appointment that has already been confirmed.

A useful answer would separate the request awaiting a response from the confirmed appointment and point to the relevant records. The owner can check the details and decide how to reply.

Keep the next question connected

A useful follow-up can be as simple as "Which job is that conflict for?" or "Show me the date behind that answer." Keeping the question close to the work makes it easier to see whether the response answers your actual concern.

You can explore these follow-up questions in the demo. Ask which staff permissions and team chat options are available for your business.

Questions you may have

What information should I include in a request?

Start with the job or person, the relevant time period, and the result you need. If there are two possible matches, say which one you mean. You can add context in a follow-up rather than writing a perfect request at the start.

Does the assistant carry out every action immediately?

In the demo, actions with an external effect are presented on approval cards. Read the proposed action and check the resulting status after your decision. Preparing, approving, and completing an action are separate steps.

Can the assistant work with my current business data today?

The demo uses simulated sources for a fictional business. Availability of a particular connection and access to your own data need to be confirmed for your situation.

Do I have to choose a specialist before asking?

Start with the general assistant and describe the work. Ask which specialist workflows and routing options are available for that task.

The demo uses sample business data and is in English. Access may need to be arranged.
