Start with a question, not a database
Name the customer, project, person, or period you are asking about. The assistant can use that context to search the records available to it, rather than requiring you to retell every detail in the conversation.
The useful answer should say what is known, where it came from, and what still needs checking. If the available records disagree, the difference is part of the answer rather than something to smooth over.
How the graph helps find relevant records
Areinum uses a persistent graph to find relationships in company information. In the demo, the graph indexes metadata such as titles, names, dates, addresses, and identifiers. Those connections help find related records without treating a full copy of every document as a single block of text.
When more detail is needed, the assistant can read selected record text. Check that the relevant record or attachment is available and that the information is current.
An example: a changed project date
Imagine a small renovation firm trying to understand why a cabinet installation moved from May 12 to May 19. The available records include an original appointment, a supplier message about a delayed shipment, and a later confirmation with the customer.
A useful response would identify the original date, the supplier message, and the later confirmation, with their dates and sources. If the confirmation is missing, the answer should leave customer agreement unresolved.
Check the context before relying on an answer
A source tells you where to inspect a statement; it does not automatically prove that the underlying message was correct or final. Read the relevant record when the consequence matters, especially if another person has changed the plan since then.
Demo answers can include a data-up-to marker. Use that date alongside the record dates to judge whether you need a newer source or a direct confirmation.
- Name the matter and the date range.
- Read the cited record behind the important point.
- Check whether a newer update changes the situation.
- Resolve any missing or conflicting detail before acting.
Questions you may have
Does the graph read every attachment?
The demo graph indexes metadata, not the full contents of every attachment. Selected record text can be read when needed; do not assume every attachment has been analyzed.
What if two records disagree?
Keep both statements and their dates visible, then identify the question that needs resolving. A later record may clarify the earlier one, but its date alone does not prove that it supersedes it.
Is the answer a substitute for the original document?
For a consequential decision, inspect the cited source or the relevant version of the document. A summary helps you find and understand the evidence; it should not hide it.
Can I connect every system my company uses?
The demo uses simulated sources. Whether a particular live connection is available for your company needs separate confirmation.
The demo uses sample business data and is in English. Access may need to be arranged.
