Split the first and recurring scope

Mark which tasks belong only to the first visit and which recur. Record exclusions in the same place as the included work, with the customer's accepted version attached. A vague instruction such as 'same as last time' should lead back to that agreement rather than replace it.

Keep household preferences usable

Record the preferences your team has agreed to follow, such as a room to leave untouched or a customer-supplied product. Distinguish preferences from technical instructions and make sure the crew can ask about uncertainty. Access credentials belong in the firm's controlled access process, not in a broadly shared cleaning summary.

Review a reported missed task

A report that a room was not cleaned needs context. Compare the checklist, crew note and customer's message to identify whether the task was omitted, inaccessible or outside scope. Prepare a factual response and leave any revisit or charge to the person authorised to agree it.

Questions you may have

Can I reuse the office-cleaning guide?

The scope comparison is useful, but household preferences and the difference between an initial and recurring clean need their own instructions.

Does a prepared message book a revisit?

No. The office must agree the resolution and record the actual appointment through its normal process.
