Use the application's current checklist
Keep the lender or reviewer reference, checklist version and required periods with the application. Requirements may differ between cases, so do not copy another client's request as if it applies. Unknown requirements should be clarified by the broker.
Distinguish receipt from acceptance
Record which document arrived, its period and whether the authorised reviewer accepted it. An upload is not proof that the requirement is satisfied. If the file is incomplete or mismatched, prepare the factual difference without inferring the client's financial position.
Prepare a focused follow-up
Ask for the exact missing period or document identified by the reviewer. Keep the request in the approved secure channel and avoid copying unnecessary financial details into a general message. Track the actual response separately from the draft.
