Match approval to the creative version

Use file identifiers and the client's actual wording. Keep feedback separate from sign-off, and show which version each comment concerns. A broad 'looks good' should not be applied to a revised asset without resolving the reference.

Check budget and scope together

Compare the approved amount, currency, period and market with the launch plan. Keep an estimate or proposed expansion separate from accepted spend. A consistent spreadsheet total does not prove that the client approved the underlying allocation.

Prepare the release checklist

Bring checked assets, budget decisions and timing into one handoff. Identify the person who will perform and verify the actual activation. A completed readiness sheet does not mean the campaign is live, spending or producing results.

Questions you may have

How does this check differ from an advertising-account inventory?

The advertising-account inventory establishes what is in the account. This check links the approvals for a specific campaign release.

Can the assistant activate the campaign from the checklist?

This workflow prepares the decision record. Account changes need the authorised operator and verification of the actual result.

This is the author's practice and checklist for digital campaigns; its scope depends on the campaign and platform. It does not establish how widespread the process is or that Areinum performs it.
