## Who is responsible

This public website and its waiting list are operated by Areinum, Inc. For website, privacy and accessibility inquiries, email clara@areinum.com.

This notice covers the public website, its illustrative preview and requests for information about access. It does not describe data processing inside a released Areinum platform.

## Information you provide

The waiting-list form asks for your email address and, optionally, your company name. It also sends the wording and version of your access-email request and a label identifying the website form. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you include.

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, patient information or confidential client or employee records. The website's examples use fictional information and do not connect to your business accounts.

## Why we use it

We use access requests to manage the waiting list and contact people about access to Areinum. We use inquiries to respond to the person who contacted us and handle requests concerning this website. Requesting access emails does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter.

## Where your information goes

Vercel hosts this website. When you submit the form, your browser sends the submission to FormSubmit for forwarding to our email inbox.

Website delivery and security can involve technical data such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs. Provider processing may take place outside your country. We do not promise that all data stays in a particular country.

## Cookies and website technology

The website application does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or session-replay tools, and its code does not write first-party cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. This statement describes the website application, not all processing performed by hosting and form providers. Our Cookies and Website Technology notice explains this distinction.

## How long information is kept

Access requests and inquiries are delivered to our email inbox. The website does not provide an automatic expiry or deletion process for those messages.

You can ask to stop access emails or request deletion by emailing clara@areinum.com. Stopping emails and deleting information are separate requests, and you may ask for both. Deleting an inbox message does not necessarily remove all provider logs or backup copies at the same time.

## Your requests

Email clara@areinum.com to ask about your submission, correct your details, stop access emails or request deletion. We may ask for enough information to locate the relevant record and verify your request. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies.

## Audience and changes

This website is intended for people exploring tools for their businesses and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us.

We will update this notice when the website's data handling changes. Its date identifies the published version. Updating this notice does not itself expand your permission to receive emails.
