The public website contains product information, practical industry guides and explicitly fictional examples. The platform demo is separate at https://platform.areinum.com/ and uses sample company data. Access and the availability of a particular workflow need to be confirmed before using your own records. The static illustration at /platform/ is not that live demo.
Product direction
Areinum is being developed as one workspace for company knowledge and everyday work. An owner can ask for a useful result, such as a document comparison, a checked list or a prepared file, using the information and tools available for that task. Specialist agents and tools are described in development reports; a described workflow is not proof that it has been accepted in a live customer environment.
Limits
The industry examples are fictional working methods, not customer testimonials or proof of completed product actions. The public website does not connect to visitors' business accounts. Do not infer automatic sending, booking, payments, clinical decisions or legal and financial advice from a guide. No public product API, MCP server or A2A endpoint is documented here.
Development status and evidence
The latest product report reviewed for this library was written on November 1, 2026. It describes a pre-production code and demo snapshot, seven specialist definitions, 44 document and data tools in the demo, 51 connector descriptions and six synthetic provider sources. These counts describe that report, not an independently tested catalogue of live integrations or current production availability.
Testing and demonstration scope
The founder reports that familiar businesses, including barber, beauty, vehicle-repair and accounting businesses, used the product in tests and provided feedback. No active-user or paying-customer counts are confirmed here. Demonstration data and business owners in marketing materials are not customer testimonials or evidence of completed backend actions.
Future direction, not available services
Agent-to-agent cooperation is a future direction. The phrase in the homepage describes preparation for that future, not a claim of verified interoperability today.

Before preparing a quote
A request is missing the area to be measured. Bring the request and project details together, flag the missing measurement and prepare a clarification for the owner to review.
Before treating a booking as confirmed
A conversation mentions a time, but confirmation is missing. Separate the proposed booking from a confirmed commitment and prepare the next question.
Before paying a possible duplicate invoice
Two invoices appear similar. Compare their references and context, and flag the absence of payment evidence instead of claiming that either invoice has been paid.
When an order changes
A changed order leaves price or availability unresolved. Identify what is known, what needs checking and the options the owner can consider.
When a new client starts
Compare the materials received with the agreed requirements and prepare a request for what is still missing.

The fictional examples don’t send messages. The waiting-list form does send your request to us, while action permissions inside the Areinum platform are still being developed
What would getting started involve?
We want to start with your business, the tools you use and a useful first task, rather than a new vocabulary you have to learn. Pricing and rollout details are still to be decided
What happens to my details?
The access form sends your email and optional company name through FormSubmit to our inbox. We use your request to contact you about access to Areinum. You can withdraw the request or ask about your information at clara@areinum.com. The website examples use fictional data and do not connect to your accounts.
